2005 Ram 2500 with the 5.9 Cummins also in yesterday for exhaust manifold and turbo gaskets. Only one corner of the turbo gasket was still there, and there were some really gnarly stripped bolts we were able to get out. This was causing low boost symptoms.

Today’s fix: 2014 F-350 with the 6.7 diesel with a no start or crank condition. Diagnosed it with a PCM Lock and a quick reset had it started. Sneak peak in the last 2 pics! Stay tuned!

PCM Lock is when there is some form of disagreement between the computers or other modules in the vehicle, causing it to not want to crank or start, also resulting in similar symptoms as a dead battery!

Today’s project: Fixing the gnarly oil leak on this 2010 VW Jetta w the 2.5L 5 cylinder. This is my families car and it has always leaked, you can see some of the damage it has done in the last pics. This involved removing the intake manifold and the oil cooler.
